At Clarista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
2.Returns
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3.Refunds
Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Method:
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4.Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different shade or variant, please contact our customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5.Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
